Shipping Policy
At Shineful, all items are made-to-order, ensuring that each product is printed specifically for you, one at a time, to guarantee the highest quality.
We collaborate with artists and manufacturers around the world, which allows us to offer unique designs at amazing prices, and also explains the delivery times outlined below.
We work with trusted carriers such as USPS, UniUni, DHL,... and local postal services.
A. PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME
Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. Our business days are Monday through Friday (Eastern Time), excluding major U.S. holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time
These timeframes cover our most popular products:
- Production Time: 5–10 business days

Shipping Time (from the date that it is shipped out, not the day the order is placed):
- Standard Shipping: 7–20 business days
- Express Shipping: 4–6 business days
If your order includes customization or personalization, additional time may be needed for our design team to complete your request, depending on complexity.
During peak periods or special occasions (e.g. Christmas, Mother’s Day), there might be slight delays due to high order volume.
Shipping Cost
We ship worldwide. Rates are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: $6.95 - $9.95 per order
- Express Shipping: $29.95 per order
B. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you’ll receive email updates along with tracking information. You can also check real-time status anytime on our Tracking page.
Some orders may arrive in separate parcels—each will have its own email and tracking number.
Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If no tracking info appears yet, it just means your parcel hasn’t been processed by the carrier. It will update once scanned.
If it is over your estimated arrival date, please contact us at support@shineful.net, and we can take care of this for you.
C. INCORRECT ADDRESS OR UNCLAIMED ORDERS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If we notice missing or incorrect details, we may contact you to update them—which could delay your delivery
We are not responsible for orders that are:
- Delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer
- Returned to sender and unclaimed (returned items will be donated and not eligible for a refund)
If your package is returned for these reasons, we cannot issue a refund.
However, you may request a replacement by covering the cost of the item and reshipping fees.
Please note: If you ask the carrier to redirect or forward your package after it ships, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or delays that may occur
